As per subsection 186(2) of The Public Schools Act; after receiving notice of the estimated operating and capital support for the next fiscal year from the Public Schools Finance Board, a school board with resident pupils attending DSFM shall estimate the amount of revenue that will be required to be raised by a special levy and shall apportion to each municipality within the school division an amount that bears the same relation to the total amount that is required to be raised by special levy as the total school assessment in respect of each municipality bears to the total school assessment prorated in respect of the school division and DSFM. Included is an adjustment to the previous year's special levy based on actual resident pupils attending DSFM. The form is included in the FRAME Budget Template.
Included in the Bus Routes E-File, the form is used to certify the bus route information reported on the Bus Route Summary is true and correct.
