Notice of Application and Application
The Notice of Application is a legal document advising a respondent that a prospective adoptive parent has completed and submitted a formal application for an Order of Adoption. The Notice provides the time, date and location of the hearing and action steps to be taken by the respondent to engage with or oppose the application.
