Burning Permit Areas Fireworks Authorization

A Burning Permit Areas Fireworks Authorization is subject to conditions and provisions of The Wildfires Act and authorizes the permittee for safe use of fireworks or sky lanterns and the supervision of related activities for the duration of the identified period of time.  It specifies the permittee has suppression equipment on hand, is responsible for all property damages that may result, and sets the date, time, and wind conditions (under 20km) when the activity is allowed.
