Smoking Ban

The Smoking and Vapour Products Control Act, previously named the Non-Smokers Health Protection Act, bans smoking and vaping in all enclosed public spaces in Manitoba. The original act came into force in October 2004, and has undergone a number of changes to include vapour products. The most recent version of the Smoking and Vapour Products Control Act came into effect on June 3, 2019.
