  • health and education levy (HE) 
  • corporation capital tax (CCT)
  • fuel tax
  • International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)
    *all payments must be made in Canadian dollars.

The Online Child Care Registry is a tool for licensed early learning and child care providers in Manitoba to manage their wait lists.

Any person may apply for a Adult Abuse Registry check online to determine if his or her name is listed on the Registry.

Bike Helmet Safety Course
On May 1st, 2013 a law took effect in Manitoba that mandates the use of bicycle helmets for cyclists under the age of 18. If you are under 18, and not wearing a bike helmet while cycling, or are a parent or guardian of someone under 18 that is not wearing a bike helmet while cycling, you can be ticketed under the Highway Traffic Act. This law also provides an alternative to paying a fine, for cyclists who have received their first ticket for not wearing a helmet. They can take the Manitoba Bike Helmet Safety Course and have their fine dismissed.

Provincial Fire and Travel Restrictions
Open fires are prohibited from April 1 to November 15 annually except under a burning permit or in enclosed approved firepits such as grated campfire pits in provincial parks. Restrictions are limits placed on any activity that has the potential to cause a wildfire under the current or forecasted fire danger conditions.
