Bicycle Helmet Law

A law implemented as of May 1, 2013 makes it compulsory for cyclists under 18 to wear a properly fitted and fastened helmet. The law also applies to children under 18 when they are passengers on a bicycle or anything attached to or towed by a bicycle.
