Heritage Farms
Recognizes the contributions from farm families who have maintained a family farm within the immediate family for 100 years or more (Century Farms). Farm families who continue to live on the farm are eligible to receive a gate sign and a certificate. Farm families who continue to own the land, but no longer live on the farm are eligible to receive a certificate. Farm families that have maintained continuous production for 125 or more years may apply for the Heritage Farm designation.
