Dutch Elm Disease control

Protects Manitoba's trees and forests from existing health threats, such as Dutch Elm Disease, as well as invasive threats that have not yet reached Manitoba, such as the mountain pine beetle and the emerald ash borer. Enacts restrictions on movements of certain wood products. In the event of a localized outbreak, enables faster containment and reaction.
