Autopac Rates Appeal Board
Operating independently from Manitoba Public Insurance, the Rates Appeal Board hears appeals on demerit points and accident surcharges. You can appeal if you think your demerit points were assessed incorrectly. You can also state your case if you think our accident surcharge assessment is unfair, or if you think we haven't got all the facts straight.
