Reciprocity Program with the State of Minnesota
Manitoba has a long-standing agreement with the state of Minnesota, which provides for equal treatment of students at post-secondary institutions. Manitobans studying at Minnesota's public universities and colleges are charged the same tuition fees as Minnesota residents and vice versa
