Aboriginal Apprenticeship Training

There is a high demand for skilled labour in northern and rural Manitoba, as well as First Nations and Métis communities. The Apprenticeship Branch is developing partnerships with a number of communities to deliver relevant training to fill their need for skilled journeypersons. Examples of required skilled trades include carpentry, motor vehicle mechanic, concrete finisher, plumber, hair stylist and construction electrician.
