Claimant Adviser Office

An advocacy office created to help people who want to appeal Manitoba Public Insurance decisions about bodily injury claims to the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission. The assistance of the Claimant Adviser Office is only available after a bodily injury claim decision has been issued in writing by the Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation's Internal Review Office.
