Builder Bonds
Bonds go on sale for a specified, two-week period, annually. Bonds may only be purchased by residents of Manitoba or by Manitoba based trusts, estates, corporations or other organization with permanent establishments in Manitoba. Bonds may be purchased through participating banks, credit unions, caisses populaires, trust companies and investment dealers.
