Elements include documenting the use and impact of Subscription Proceeds received in the taxation year, the number and type of jobs created, the value of assets acquired and the number of new investors.
Corporations participating in the Community Enterprise Development Tax Credit Program (CEDTC) must complete an Annual Share and Tax Credit Receipt Issuance Report verifying the name, address and Social Insurance Number of eligible investors, as well as the number and class of shares issued, the total amount paid by the Investor and the amount of the Tax Credit issued.
