Animal Care Line

All animals deserve to be properly cared for. If you know, or suspect, that any animal or group of animals is lacking adequate food, water, shelter or medical attention, please call or email and leave a confidential message. Complaints in the City of Winnipeg are usually made via the Winnipeg Humane Society.
