A PERMIT TO BURN is subject to conditions and provisions of The Wildfires Act and authorizes the permittee to set fire and burn stubble, grass, brush, etc. around railways and to keep it under control, fireguard the area, have responsible persons and suppression equipment present, and extinguish the fire after the identified period of time.
