The purpose of this letter is to notify child care facilities of consistent, province-wide requirements regarding the use of recreational water, including but not limited to residential in-ground and above-ground swimming pools, portable pools, "kiddie" or inflatable wading pools, hydro-massage pools, hot tubs, and spas in licensed child care facilities.

This form gives authorization for the EIA program to pay full rent directly to the landlord on behalf of an EIA particpant.  When signed, this form confirms that the EIA participant's monthly basic needs benefit will be reduced to pay the full rent amount.
