The report is printed from Educational Information System (EIS) Oracle listing pupils who are in their second year of kindergarten, were 5 years of age or less at December 31 in their first year of kindergarten, and were reported with a supportable (funded) enrolment code.  Divisions are required to confirm the data and where applicable, provide any changes.
Rural and Northern School Division may access funding to establish a local bursary to assist in the recruitment and retention of specialized professional staff in hard to fill geographic areas. The bursary funding is available to assist with training in speech-language pathology, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or other specialty areas such as interpreter tutors. There is an expectation that individuals agree to enter into a Return of Service Agreement with the school division.
Instructions related to the review, development and implementation of policies and procedures by school divisions to ensure the optimal use of public school facilities by school and community users to support the educational, recreational, social and cultural programming that can be offered during school hours as well as outside the regular instructional day.

This form was created to be used by school personnel from Rural and Northern school divisions to loan technology for the purpose of assessment with Students requiring technology for learning purposes.  Training and set-up is provided as needed to school divisions.  The items on loan stay in school for 3 months minimum to determine suitability.

URIS A - URIS is a joint initiative of the Departments of Families, Health, Seniors and Active Living, and Education and Training.  The form allows school divisions, funded independent schools, child care facilities, respite services to apply for supports for a child attending school, child care facilities, receiving respite services who have special health care needs and require assistance when they are apart from their parents/guardians. Group A procedures are complex medical procedures which must be performed by a nurse. Children with needs classified as Group A often require support from a medical assistive device or technology that replaces or augments a vital bodily function without which the child would be at risk of further disability or death.

URIS B - URIS is a joint initiative of the Departments of Families, Health, Seniors and Active Living, and Education and Training. The form allows parents/guardians to apply for URIS Group B service that supports children attending community programs who require assistance to perform Group B health care procedures when they are apart from their parents/guardians. Group B health care procedures could be carried out by personnel within eligible community programs, provided that a registered nurse develops a health care plan and provides these personnel with training and periodic monitoring
The report is printed from Educational Information System (EIS) Collection listing pupils who have been reported with enrolment code 300 (Non-Supportable - Not in Attendance/Expected by November 30). Divisions are required to indicate which of the pupils attends on or before November 30, and provide the required enrolment information for those pupils.
