This form is for persons to acquire hunter education certification who are grandfathered from taking hunter education training who held a Manitoba hunting licence prior to the requirement to have mandatory hunter education training.
For persons who are paraplegic, hemiplegic or confined to a wheelchair it also authorizes a person to discharge a firearm from a vehicle for hunting.
