A provincial park permit is required in order to engage in a variety of specific activities within a provincial park, including those that may damage, destroy, deface or remove an object in a provincial park, damage or alter the land, or significantly interfere with the environment in a provincial park. The provincial park permit application form must be submitted in order to request a provincial park permit from the appropriate Manitoba Sustainable Development District Office.
This application form must be fully completed in order for a project proponent (an individual, company, organization, federal government department/agency or agency sponsoring/financing the project) to apply for a provincial park permit. Under the Provincial Parks Act and regulations, a provincial park permit is required in order to engage in a variety of specific activities within a provincial park, including those that may damage, destroy, deface or remove an object in a provincial park, damage or alter the land, or significantly interfere with the environment in a provincial park.
This document provides direction to Sustainable Development staff on the procedure for issuing provincial park permits. The procedure includes details on where/when permits are required and for what activities, special conditions, inspections, and which staff may issue permits. This provincial park permit is NOT the same as the camping permit or vehicle permit for park entry.
Seasonal Campsite Application contains three forms which need to be presented to the public as one package, not separate applications. Seasonal Campsite Application, Accessible Seasonal Campsite Physician Certificate and Seasonal Campsite Application Credit Card Payment Form will be publicly posted together under "Seasonal Campsite Application". 

Applicant with approval to hold a special event at Birds Hill Provincial Park may pay for the event permit at Manitoba Sustainable Development office at 200 Saulteaux Crescent in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Payment will be processed by Saulteaux staff upon review of this confirmation letter.

A Permit to Burn is subject to conditions and provisions of The Wildfires Act and authorizes the permittee to set fire and burn stubble, grass, brush, etc. and to keep it under control, fireguard the area, have responsible persons and suppression equipment present, and extinguish the fire after the identified period of time.  It specifies the permittee is responsible for all property damages that may result and the wind conditions (under 20km) under which burning is allowed.
