A licence is required from Employment Standards for persons engaging in foreign worker recruitment in Manitoba under the Worker Recruitment and Protection Act.  This Act increases protections for foreign workers and provides the criteria and obligations that recruiters must meet to be approved for a licence in Manitoba. This application form has 2 parts. Complete and submit Part 1 to begin the application process.

This is Part 2 of the application form which will be provided to applicants after Part 1 has been reviewed by our office.

This licence is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. Use this form to apply for a renewal of a licence.
Employers may apply to change the standard hours of work from the minimum (8 hours per day and 40 hours per week) to a schedule that better fits their business needs. The new schedule may cycle over several weeks but must always average back to 40 hours per week. Use this application form to apply for averaging permits.

Public Utilities Board Order establishing a code of conduct for direct purchase natural gas transactions applicable when users of natural gas contract with gas marketers to purchase natural gas at rates set by the marketer, rather than purchasing natural gas from Centra Gas Manitoba Inc. at rates set quarterly by the Public Utilities Board and the related compliance documents.
Public Utilities Board Order approving the feasibility test to be utilized in assessing the expansion of natural gas service to unserved areas of Manitoba and the franchise agreement to be used by Centra Gas Manitoba Inc. with the initial group of expansion communities.
