Seasonal Campsite Application contains three forms which need to be presented to the public as one package, not separate applications. Seasonal Campsite Application, Accessible Seasonal Campsite Physician Certificate and Seasonal Campsite Application Credit Card Payment Form are publicly posted together under "Seasonal Campsite Application".

This form must be completed by individuals or corporations applying for a provincial park vacation home lease/permit, to make a declaration related to whether or not the individual applicant or corporation shareholder (or their immediate family member) is an employee or officer of Manitoba Sustainable Development or Manitoba Finance, or holds an office under The Crown Lands Act.

The management plan for Atikaki Provincial Park and the Bloodvein Canadian Heritage River guides the long-term management of the park and river. The document includes management guidelines concerning natural resources, cultural resources, recreational use, development of facilities, interpretation and the park's major river corridors. The Building Sustainable Communities grant helps build thriving sustainable communities that provide a high quality of life for Manitobans. The grant leverages investments in community development by local governments, non-profit organizations and others.

Building Sustainable Communities provides a grant contribution of 50 per cent of eligible project costs up to $75,000 and up to $300,000 for large capital projects. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, charitable organizations, municipalities and Northern Affairs community councils

The purpose of this letter is to notify child care facilities of consistent, province-wide requirements regarding the use of recreational water, including but not limited to residential in-ground and above-ground swimming pools, portable pools, "kiddie" or inflatable wading pools, hydro-massage pools, hot tubs, and spas in licensed child care facilities.

This form is used for recording mosquito larval samplings and treatments. This form is applicable to physicians, nurses, and other health professionals working in public health, primary care, specialty care, community health and infection prevention and control. This form is processed by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.

The  management plan for Atikaki Provincial Park directs that permits are required in order to access the Manitoba portion of Obukowin Lake via snowmobile, utilizing the access route from Siderock Lake. A letter of authority issued by the Park District Manager for Atikaki provides the required permission for this activity.
This form is completed when submitting photos and other information about any tick found. This form is applicable to the general public. This form is processed by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.

Following the submission of an application to hide a geocache in a provincial park, the appropriate Park District Manager will review the application and make the decision whether to approve or reject it. This decision will then be communicated to the applicant via email. Messages indicating a geocache has been approved include instructions on how to properly indicate that approval has been received when submitting the geocache to the geocaching.com website.
This electronic form must be submitted if an individual or organization wishes to hide a geocache in a provincial park. Information required in order to submit the form includes details on the proposed geocache location, its contents and how it is to be accessed. A provincial park permit is required in order to engage in a variety of specific activities within a provincial park, including those that may damage, destroy, deface or remove an object in a provincial park, damage or alter the land, or significantly interfere with the environment in a provincial park. The provincial park permit application form must be submitted in order to request a provincial park permit from the appropriate Manitoba Sustainable Development District Office.
This application form must be fully completed in order for a project proponent (an individual, company, organization, federal government department/agency or agency sponsoring/financing the project) to apply for a provincial park permit. Under the Provincial Parks Act and regulations, a provincial park permit is required in order to engage in a variety of specific activities within a provincial park, including those that may damage, destroy, deface or remove an object in a provincial park, damage or alter the land, or significantly interfere with the environment in a provincial park.
This document provides direction to Sustainable Development staff on the procedure for issuing provincial park permits. The procedure includes details on where/when permits are required and for what activities, special conditions, inspections, and which staff may issue permits. This provincial park permit is NOT the same as the camping permit or vehicle permit for park entry.
