Elements include documenting the use and impact of Subscription Proceeds received in the taxation year, the number and type of jobs created, the value of assets acquired and the number of new investors.

This form is used to verify employee information and provides the employee's consent to have that information gathered and shared for program purposes pursuant to the parameters of Canada's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

The Manitoba Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit (MIDMTC) is a refundable corporate income tax credit which provides up to a 40% credit on qualified labour, and certain marketing expenses, incurred in the development of an eligible interactive digital media product that is brought to market.
