Renewal Application Form Manitoba Safety Fitness Certificate
Manitoba requires all motor carriers and operators of regulated vehicles to have a safety fitness certificate (SFC). This annual renewal application form is required before Manitoba Infrastructure issues SFCs to Manitoba-based motor carriers and operators, and before the vehicle registration is renewed.
