Permit that provides a person with specific disabilities the opportunity to hunt by authorizing them to drive into areas where vehicle use is restricted while hunting.
For persons who are paraplegic, hemiplegic or confined to a wheelchair it also authorizes a person to discharge a firearm from a vehicle for hunting.
