This agreement is to facilitate the safe and appropriate use of the Public Access Workstation for Selkirk Mental Health Centre patients. This agreement is available to Selkirk Mental Health Centre patients, patient's family, committee or treatment team. This agreement is enforced by the Selkirk Mental Health Centre.
