Service Purchase Master Agreement - NPO Agreement Single Department
This policy sets out the terms and conditions that apply to all Services of the Service Provider funded by Manitoba under the Service Purchase Master Agreement, describes how the relationship between Manitoba and the Service Provider will be managed over the term of this Agreement and defines the term of this Agreement. This policy is applicable to non-profit agencies. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
