Consent and Waiver of Notice (CFS-29)
The Child and Family Services Act, Sections 20, 30 and 40 explain that a parent or legal guardian must be given two days notice of a hearing involving their rights and the rights of their child.This is a statutory regulated form embedded in The Child and Family Services Regulation.
