Forms and Policies

This policy provides direction on supervising the Newborn Hearing Screeners and associated personnel in the Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program. It includes delegation, competency, liability, evaluation, and roles of supervisors and supervisees, and provides guidelines for direct and indirect supervision. The policy applies to regional health authorities and publicly funded audiology programs in Manitoba. The policy is overseen by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
