This form is intended to complete the fulfillment of the Manitoba Bicycle Safety Course. This form is applicable to persons under the age of 18 who have been ticketed with a first offence under the Provincial Offences Act, and any Manitoban who wishes to take the course. This form is processed by Manitoba Justice.
