Application for Permit: Access onto and/or Structures adjacent to a Provincial Highway in a Controlled Area
A permit is required from the Minister of Infrastructure for development adjacent to provincial highways. This form to obtain a permit must be completed to construct an access onto and/or structures adjacent to a provincial highway in a controlled area.
