Rural Library Cooperative Technology Fund: Project Proposal Summary Form

Part 2 (of 3) of the Rural Library Cooperative Technology Fund application, asking public library administrators for the names of cooperating public library partners, the purpose / scope of the proposed project, and funding amount requested.  The proposal must be endorsed by a minimum of two participating library systems.  Public library administrators can contact the Public Library Services Branch at 1-800-252-9998 to enquire about making a grant proposal.
