The purpose of this form is to facilitate the process for identifying and recommending the issuance of Land Use Permits for the installation of bulk fuel storage tanks at Northern Airports and Marine Operation's airports. This form is to be filled out when a person or a company makes a request for a land use permit for the installation of bulk fuel storage tanks at the airport.
