Airside Vehicle Operators Permit Practical Test Evaluation Form

The Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP) Practical Test Evaluation Form, together with the AVOP Test, is given to persons who have completed the AVOP Training. These two tests are used to gauge knowledge gained in the AVOP training. Passing the test would qualify the person to operate a vehicle on all airside areas of the airport where the training/tests were given (provided they also have a Restricted Radio Operators Certificate). This test is administered by the local Airport Manager or the Regional Airport Manager, as applicable.
