Forms and Policies

All golf courses or driving ranges in Manitoba are required under Section 13(1) of the Nutrient Management Regulation to register a Nutrient Management Plan with the Department on an annual basis.  Plans are to be submitted by July 10th for fertilization programs beginning in the fall, or by February 10th for fertilization programs beginning in the spring.  This form enables golf courses or driving ranges to report all sources of nutrients that will be stored or handled on, or applied to the golf course or driving range.
