This policy outlines the process for regions to obtain reimbursement of costs associated with the dispensing of medications for meningococcal post-exposure prophylaxis. This policy is applicable to physicians, nurses and other health professionals working in public health, primary care, specialty care, community health, and infection prevention and control. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
