User Guide for Completion and Submission of the AEFI Reports
This policy provides direction for how to correctly complete and submit either the pdf or Public Health Information Management System adverse event following immunization report form. This policy is applicable to physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals providing immunization services. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
