Community Living disABILITY Services - Day Services: Workers Compensation Policy and Procedures
This document describes the process Community Living disABILITY Services (CLDS) program participants, substitute decision makers (if applicable), day services staff, Department of Families staff, and The Workers Compensation Board must follow when a CLDS program participant sustains an injury while attending day services.
