Medical Student / Resident Financial Program (MSRAFAP) 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Undergraduates (UGI - 4) Agreement
This is a return of service contract for medical students / residents participating in the Medical Students/Residents Financial Assistance Program - 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Undergraduates program. The contract outlines the obligations of the parties, namely MHSAL, and the medical student/resident with respect to the program.
