This policy is intended to encourage the entry of qualified individuals into the Manitoba registered nurse workforce, to provide financial support for internationally educated nurses to enter the registered nursing profession in Manitoba, and to assist eligible Manitoba employers to decrease RN vacancies. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
