This policy provides for the use of the Nurses Recruitment and Retention Fund to provide a conditional grant to eligible nurses willing to relocate to rural and northern Manitoba, in exchange for a return of service commitment. This policy applies to Registered Nurses, Registered Nurses (Extended Practice), Registered Psychiatric Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
