This policy establishes a program intended to promote the recruitment of bilingual nurses to work in a recognized bilingual/ francophone facility or program. Pursuant to the policy, the Nurses Recruitment and Retention Fund (NRRF) supports the allocation of funding to eligible RNs, RNs(EP), RPNs and LPNs in exchange for a return of service commitment by the individual applicant. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
