Form 8 - Notice of Termination by Landlord for Non-Payment of Rent (For all residential tenancies, other than tenancies that include tenant services or tenancies respecting a mobile home, mobile home site or both)
A landlord must use this form if they are ending a tenancy for non-payment of rent. This form can be given if the tenant has failed to pay the rent within three days of it being due.
