Policy 401-10 Unauthorized Water Control Works or structures placed on Agricultural Crown Lands (Jan 1, 2011)
To establish a method for charging rehabilitation costs for restoring the natural landscape if unauthorized water control works as defined in The Water Rights Act, or any other structures are found on agricultural Crown lands.
