Application for an Adult Abuse Registry Check by Employer and Others
The Adult Abuse Registry helps protect vulnerable adults by allowing employers to screen potential employees and volunteers who will work with adults specified as vulnerable under The Adult Abuse Registry Act or related laws and regulations. Application for an Adult Abuse Registry Check by Employers and Others is a form for employers and others, to check whether a person's name is in the Adult Abuse Registry, pursuant to subsection 41(4) of The Adult Abuse Registry Act for access to the Adult Abuse Registry.
