Out of Province Application
Individuals who have come from outside Manitoba and have successfully participated in arecognized ODS training program (i.e. HRAI, RSES) may become certified to work inManitoba. To initiate your provincial certification you must complete and return thisapplication form and remit $ 25.00 payable by cheque or money order (or cash in person) to MOPIA. This an annual fee charged to all certification holders as specified under the Manitoba Ozone Depleting Substances and Other Halocarbons Regulation 103/94.
