Congratulations to you if you recently successful completed a Manitoba-recognized ODS Environmental Awareness Certification Class. In order to initiate your provincial certification, you are required to complete and return the form below and remit payment to MOPIA. This is an annual fee charged to all certification holders and specified under the Manitoba Ozone Depleting Substances Regulation 103/94.
