Confirmation of review and understanding of the design and installation requirements for onsite wastewater management systems as specified in the Manitoba Onsite Wastewater Management Systems Regulation MR 83/2003 and the Supplementary Information Manual (2010) and knowledge about the responsibilities a Certified Installer holds in the province of Manitoba.
