This application form must be fully completed in order for a project proponent (an individual, company, organization, federal government department/agency or agency sponsoring/financing the project) to apply for a provincial park permit. Under the Provincial Parks Act and regulations, a provincial park permit is required in order to engage in a variety of specific activities within a provincial park, including those that may damage, destroy, deface or remove an object in a provincial park, damage or alter the land, or significantly interfere with the environment in a provincial park.
