When injured workers ask the Worker Advisor Office to assist them in appealing a decision on their Workers Compensation Board (WCB) claim, the WCB file needs to be reviewed. The worker's written permission is required for the Worker Advisor Office to obtain a copy of their WCB file. Workers can complete this authorization form providing our office with permission to access their file.
